This website has been created for the purpose of publicizing and allowing general access for all users to the various information, activities, products and services offered by Cluwall. Anyone can freely access the information, images and documents hosted on the website, although Cluwall Security, S.L., hereinafter Cluwall, reserves the right to modify them or restrict access to the available content. The use of this website grants the navigator the condition of user and implies acceptance of the conditions of the version in force at the time of access.

The user agrees not to use any of the content that Cluwall makes available to carry out actions contrary to the law, morality, public order and good customs. In this sense, it will be the responsibility of the user to consult the Legal Notice to know the terms that define the use of the website.

The PURPOSE with which we treat your data is to manage the sending of the information requested, provide information to interested parties about our services and our newsletter and/or any other that is defined in the corresponding data collection form.

Personal data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest, the contractual relationship is maintained, the deletion is not requested by the interested party and during the period for which responsibilities could be derived for the services provided to the interested.

Security and access

Users will be able to access the web freely and for free. In any case, Cluwall may, in accordance with current legislation, limit access to certain areas that it deems appropriate, subjecting it to certain particular conditions that, depending on the case, modify and/or complement the general conditions. Failure to comply with them will cause the Administrator to terminate the user.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For any litigious matter that concerns the website and this contract, Spanish legislation will apply, with the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid being competent to resolve conflicts.
